Game Guide: Seven Knights (SENA) Prioritizing Heroes

Hey Hey, sup peeps!

Here is a little update on my Sena. I did another fusion again and BOOM! WUKONG! Yep, I got my Lords from Fusions and Daily Quest 3-6star hero rewards. Different players get different form of RNG I guess.

Let's test him out in Arena, shall we? Son Wukong carried me to Master Tier again! You have my gratitude, bud. SWAG Victory

I changed my Castle Rush's lineup to test Shane's damage output and it was surprisingly good with Lina, Alice, Victoria, and Rachel on Eileen's Easy Day.

First Guild War Pre-season 2 ended well with a crushing victory for us too! A great start to the season. Yay! Let's body these fools!

Got my waifus new costumes too! Rubies well spent. Somebody give the costume designer a cookie!

SENAs finally get another set of costume and I must say, Rudy's and Spike's pretty well made. My guildie mentioned about how he is not getting Jave's costume because he looks like a freaking gigolo with it. LOL

Alright, now let's get down to business, shall we? Here's a new post on my thoughts regarding prioritizing heroes in terms of transcending, unlocking to Gold and +5.

I notice a lot of players especially the lowbies having a hard time trying to focus on who to transcend, to unlock and stucked in low arena tiers for ages.

From my experience, new players will be further and further behind if you do not get your priorities right especially for those who can't enjoy with losing streaks in arena and guild war. Nobody likes to lose and it is insanely frustrating to keep losing.

First, let's take a look at your lineups. Who are your 5 main Arena Units. Yes, just 5. You have to pick now, decide and narrow down to 5 units. You do not have to own all 5 right now but at least 4 out of 5 to start off. Delonse, Ace, Wukong, Spike, and May? That is setting the bar a little too high isn't it? Let's be realistic, alright?

As I mention before, you have to consider the passives, mixture of magic and physical attackers and type of crowd control skills.

You can check common PVP meta under the Icon too.

Once you have decided, let's say May, Rudy, Nia, Alice and Velika and go for 1-4 Defensive formation. (make sure you have maxed out by now)

We have Earth, Fire, Light, Water and Dark Element units. You do not have to follow exactly, but for quick transcend and safe pick, this is the my suggested lineup in PVP. You can mix and match but the point is, narrow your main 5 units.

Then start to unlock your backline attacker unit with Weapon 2 slot.
Next, you can slowly unlock your squishy units for armor 2 slots. You need their passives for the team. It is okay to sacrifice early damage. After all, your main damage output comes from backline.

Units like Delonse and Ruri have base atk speed of 31 and 30 thus unlock weapon 2 slots immediately and equip double speed weapons for maximum efficacy.

Transcend highly dependent on the availability of heroes and RNG luck. If you manage to get similar unit, focus on transcending the unit first. I find it quite wasteful to spend rubies on package summonings when you have plenty of resources and units are not maxed out yet. Always transcend if you can and do the daily dungeons for more elements.
Quick tip: Re-run easy daily dungeon which costs 50 rubies/run for 2 star element.
It is way more cost effective. 100 rubies = 3star element as compared to 150 rubies on Normal Run.

The earlier you finish transcending instead of hoarding resources, the better you will fare in PVP and Guild War. After all, each max transcend yields 30 topazes in total and you secure a weekly income of rubies & topazes by climbing higher tier in arena. Clearing adventures and celestial towers without headache. This is much more efficient investment in terms of Gold, Rubies, Time, and Efforts from the player. Yes, I am promoting a healthy gaming lifestyle for both mental and physical. Lol

Happy Gaming, my fellow gamers. Until next time, Cheers!

Game Guide: Seven Knights (SENA) Transcend or New Sena?

Hey Guyssssss, it has been a very long time. I have been occupied with so many things. Chinese New Year is over too! I would like to wish everyone a prosperous and blessed year ahead! May you all be healthy, wealthy and life full of happiness.
Allow me to share some of the updates that has been going on with me in SENA.

Preseason 1 Guild War finally ended with our guild scoring 10 Wins, 5 Losses. Great Achievement and much better than we expected. Yay! (sadly, I did not manage to snapshot the stats)

Recent patch came and a lot of hype on Wukong!

Many were worried regarding how op and how game-breaking he will be in arena! Ha ha, thankfully, with decent AOE units such as Ruri and Velika or Hard CC units like Ming Ming and Nia+ Bolt, we can counter Wukong users in Arena. (that is only for lv30-lv32 Wukongs though as I am not sure if lv40 Lord will suffer that much of damage to be wiped out)

I have been very lucky to get hold on Wukong too after couple of 250rubies package summons though I got mine from daily quest 3-6 heroes ticket summon. RNGesus decided to give me regular units for all my rubies package summons. Most of the nicer units, I got hold of them via Daily Quest tickets 3-6* heroes or via fusions.

As I stressed before countless of times, NEVER LOSE HOPE as you may not know when but surely and eventually, you will be rewarded with nice units. As for those who are thinking, "Hey, that's what every player will say when they got their hands on cool units and lords". Trust me, I know how most of you guys feel and I had been there and done that too. I started off witnessing couple of my friends with OP RNG summons yielding SENA units, and my 6star fusions had been Jokers, Ice Queen Lania, Banes, and Knoxes. All I wanted to share with you guys here today is 'NEVER LOSE HOPE' in fusions and summons. Strive on. You will surely be rewarded.

Finally, MASTER TIER IN ARENA! A great achievement for F2P player!

Well, today I will be sharing some thoughts regarding Transcending Sena or get a new Sena. This has been the most FAQ of all century in all SENA servers.

Q1: Hey, what if my starter SENA is Spike, is he good to be transcended or should I get another SENA?

I find that having Spike at lvl30 is decent enough or at lesat for Arena players. His utility is his passive which provides 2 turns of immunity to CC and that's decent. However, there is 1 problem that I noticed from pvp-ing Spike Users which is Spike is a Double-Edge Sword Unit. Once he freezes opponents, those units cannot be targeted and that can pose a huge problem for AOE Attackers especially after Freeze over, skills will be in Cooldown. Verdict: ***

Q2:My starter SENA is Eileen, how well is she? Should I get another Sena to transcend?
I personally started out with Eileen and new users will not understand the pain of starting out with Eileen. No CC prior first SENA reworked and her utility is her passive offering 60% physical attack buff. She is great for transcending right now. There are some Eileen transcended at 4.3k Master Tier Arenas. She is good for dragon and Castle Rush too. Verdict: ****

Q3: My starter SENA is Kris, is he good enough for transcend?
I find kris rather underwhelming at the current patch as his passive heal crushed heavily by Ace users. Ace Aoe skill reduces healing capabilities 80%. I used him in 2.4-2.8k+ Arena rating. At higher tier, I find that lv30, lv32 and lv34 Kris still lose out to Delonse, Javes and Rudy sadly. Until the next rework which buffs him with zombie mode, his utility is low in Arena. He is a good to clear Celestial Tower floors though with his death debuff proc. Verdict: **

Q4: My starter SENA is Rachel, is she worth transcending?
As Rachel users, we have to take note of two important key focus to decide if she is worth transcending. Her utility in Arena is at most 2.4-2.8k+ rating as well. However, the key focus will be on whether your guild is capable of taking on Normal Mode Castle Rush and are you suffering from hitting high Castle Rush points? I don't advise you to transcend Rachel if your guild is not ready for Normal Mode and most of the members far from ready too. As for Single Carry Guild Member for the guild, Yes, she is worth transcending if your guild is at 3-4million for EASY CR. Verdict: ****

Q5: My starter SENA is Jave, is he worth transcending?

Jave is known is all servers as King of AOE and with coming rework, he will be more beastly than he already is with added piercing to his skill. He is useful for Celestial Tower floors too. Verdict: *****

Q6: My starter SENA is Delonse, is he worth transcending?

Well, Delonse is THE PVP meta sena right now with decent 25% damage boost to your allies, AOE silent CC and immunity to all damage for 2 turns. What else can you ask for from PVP based SENA? He is a great damage boost in Castle Rush, Dragon Raids too if you do not have Fordina's Empress Eileen Verdict: *****

Q7: My starter SENA is Rudy, is he worth transcending?

Yes. King of Defense. Turtle team Arena Strategy. Verdict: *****

Q8: What if I want to main another SENA instead of my starter?
Yes, you can do that but with the average bell curve Senas going towards nearer to lv36-lv40. This will hurt starter players in arena and finding it hard to climb up the tiers. My advise is to decide properly if you are looking for another SENA instead of your starter SENA and just purely focus on transcending him. A good Arena team needs 1 Sena, 1 Lord (if you are lucky to get your hands on one) and 3 Regular units fully transcended and unlocked.

Game Guide: Seven Knights (SENA) Transcendence, Leah & Fina

Sup guys! Yes, it has been a while. I had actually been occupied with couple of stuffs both personal and SENA. I finally managed to climb up to a new arena tier after a lucky RNG week in PVP. This is definitely a celebratory achievement for F2P user and bringing new light to those complaining about how opponents are too strong and finding it difficult to climb out of their arena tier.

My current arena setup at Master Tier:

I did tried 250 rubies summoning package once and the rates seem to have improve a little but the sample is only one so it is hard to tell. One thing is for sure, one month ago, we don't usually see a lot of players getting 5 star units from 250 rubies summoning package but lately, a lot of players seem to be getting them. I guess developers did tweak the rates a little.

Since guild war is still ongoing and many players got their first Fina recently coupled with the 100th day Seven Knights Event Giftaways, we are seeing more and more maxed out Lv40 Velikas. There is also the recent news on upcoming new Map World 9 bringing the second 4 Lords: Wukong into the game soon. Now, some of you mentioned that World 9 unit, Soi will be changing the PVP meta a lot and those who recently transcended Velika will be frustrated and worried as Soi's passive provides 3 turns of immunity to AOE magic/physical damage which pose a big problem to pure AOE teams.

I will be sharing some of my thoughts on Velika's standing in the PVP meta and what can we do to adapt to the upcoming meta.

We have Nia, Ruri, Rudy as immunity removal/ buff duration reduction by 2 turns. Let's say we run Nia and Ruri in the same team for those who still want to use Velika in their arena setup, Nia's TIME JUMP AOE buff duration removal helps to decrease 2 turns of AOE damage immunity from those who are using Soi. Of course, this is theoretically possible to remove the remaining by Ruri's triple shot. However, we may get chunk down before we deal some damage to Soi users. Therefore, CC unit will be handy in such situation which relies on PVP RNG to take down Soi Users.

Another way to counter Soi Users will be using Piercing Units such as Snipper or Rei. I am not too sure currently to what extent does "Immune to AOE damage" implies but we shall see how it goes when the patch is ready for us.

Transcendence is a MUST for PVPers and helps in Guild Wars. Each 2 lvls for regular units adds roughly 300HP, 150Atk, 70Def, 400HP, 180Atk 120Def to 4Lords and 500 HP 190 atk, 130 Def for Seven Knights (except Rudy). This is a significant amount of boost to your units to last longer and dish our more damage. Therefore, it is best to pick your 5 main units for PVP and focus on making them to lv40. Fina allows us to skip the need of using similar unit as Fodder to transcend any regular units (except 4Lords and Seven Knights). Currently, Topaz Shop sells FIna for 150 topazes which is actually a great deal.

Leah, on the other hand, helps to unlock an extra item slot on your units. Most players will unlock extra item slots for their PVP units to battle for Guild War and better Arena Ratings. Pick your main units wisely and unlocks them and transcend them. Nowadays, owning a Lv30 Unit will not get you far as players will be transcending their units.

With the new event, I will talking a little on Leah and Fina first.
